Material Handling Information - Conveyor Systems

Material Transport Systems
Conveyor Systems
Conveyor systems are available in roller, belt, and chain configurations to transport everything from small boxes to heavy pallet loads. Accumulation, power roller, alignment, roller curve, junction, free roller, accordion, and diverter modules provide versatility for a broad range of material movement applications.

Product Type
  • Roller conveyor (power or gravity).
  • Belt conveyor.
  • Chain conveyor.
Product Components
  • Indirect Drive (IDD) with flexible roller pitch (roller conveyor).
  • Accumulation mechanism built inside the roller (roller conveyor).
  • Contour-hugging belt with roller guides on both sides to maintain proper belt tension (belt conveyor).
  • Single drive unit with one belt from horizontal to inclined areas (belt conveyor).
  • Stopper.
  • Chain transfer unit.
  • Distributed control system.
