Open system architecture works with most WMS software.
Benefits
Fast, easy answer kit configuration as product mix changes.
Eliminates wasted time searching for products.
Easy to program and modify system as needed.
Advances over previous technology

Paperless, priority-based picking can double productivity while slashing errors by up to 80%.
Links to host computer for real-time tracking of order status and inventory levels.
Operations
Input
Inventory locations on flow rack are assigned by host or inventory control computer.
Flow rack locations are filled manually or automatically replenished from the mini load or high-speed box buffer.
Output
LED lights flash quantities at each location where items are to be picked.
Workers push button on the answer kit as items are picked; lights stop flashing, but quantity stays lit for several seconds, allowing workers to double-check their accuracy.
Workers confirm each pick to the host or inventory control computer using RF or bar code terminals.
