Material Handling Information - Tilt-Tray Sorter

Sortation Systems
Tilt-Tray Sorter
The tilt-tray sorter is a high-speed automatic sortation system used to sort small items to order bins. Usually configured in a loop, it can process from 3,000 to 9,000 pieces per hour. It is best suited for small- to medium-size items and medium- to high-throughput operations where many sorting locations are required.
