Warehouse Management System Software
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are computer software packages that keep track of inventory -- receiving, storing, cycle counting, ordering, and shipping. A WMS will direct both people and equipment for efficient operation of the warehouse. The WMS often uses RF terminals to confirm receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping. A WMS offers strong capabilities for inbound scheduling, trailer loading, efficient picking, and consolidation.

  • See Warehouse Management System (WMS) Feature Selection Guide.
